LOCATE GROUP_PRESENCE

Qualifiers:

<number>

Purpose:

Lists all the locally programmed Hunt, Agent Skill, Ring, Multi-device User Groups, and Personal Ring groups to which a specified directory number or Agent ID belongs and whether it is present in or absent from the group.

This command will also list all locally programmed Ring Groups to which a specified Remote Directory Number belongs.

Details:

If the specified number is valid but the extension or agent id is not a member of any groups, the command returns an empty list.
